The Growth Manager function lives at the intersection of marketing and product development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. The Growth Manager reports to the CEO/CPO. He/she work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives.
Define the company’s growth plan
Work across all parts of the organization and our partners to identify potential growth levers
Grow customer value across the various stages of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to long term retention
Coordinate and execute growth programs
Optimize the revenue funnel
Expert knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing, conversion optimization, growth marketing, social media, or customer acquisition in a larger B2C company
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
Experience with marketing technology and managing engineering teams
Passion for people and business leadership
3+ years experience in leading and building teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong critical thinking, consultative, and analytical abilities.
